Option 1: CATERED PARTY

We customize your menu, stock order, deliver to your location, set up cart and umbrella; server dresses up in black professional attire (or desired preference) ,when finished we break down and pick up cart. Includes 1 hour party, transportation costs and rental.

$149* + Ice Creams Catered

If the cart is needed for more than 1 hour then there will be a $25/hr prorated labor charge.

Ice Cream Menu Ranges from $2-$4 per serving**

**Client chooses menu, limiting preference/budget.

Carts can hold 1 to 10 menu items.

A 10% volume discount is awared at 100 servings;

or 20% total discount at 200 servings.

Option 2: Self Serve

Rates vary due to location; includes 2 trips, drop off and pick up.

Option 3: Pick Up Cart Rental

Rates vary; ice cream charged at discount

Dry ice can be available for an additional fee or pick up about a half mile from our location on Monday-Friday

Connecticut Ice Cream Trucks can provide professional servers for $25/hr dressed in your preference of white or black attire; or simply we can just drop off the cart and pick up later on or the following day at your venue...Gas and travel will be calculated... Please call today and we will gladly make you a proposal!

If you have a special event for a non-profit organization, church, school, or a large event in need of dessert, feel free to give us a call and we can set up an Ice Cream Push Cart or one of our Trucks to help raise money for you. Typically we donate anywhere from 10-40% of gross sales depending on the amount of people at the event. Please call for availability.

Please give us advance notice and we will put together a nice customized selection for your next ice cream party. Stickers are always free but we can for additional service charge brand/dress the truck or cart however you like.
